A residential renovation project, the assignment is to create bigger and more comfortable living spaces for the client and his children. The remodeling of the house was based on the objective of cost-effectiveness and maximizing the area of the lot without compromising comfort and natural ventilation.
This was a 02 level house, the program was to extend the bedrooms for the children to have more indoor space and an additional 3rd floor where the family area and an outdoor roof deck to host various activities.
The house has pockets of light and air well thus ventilating the spaces from the ground floor to the additional 3rd floor.
